Refund and Returns Policy

Return Period:

  • Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your package, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Requirements:

  • To initiate a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • Keep your order number ready for efficient communication with our team.
  • Record a video or take pictures of the parcel upon receipt for better assistance with exchanges or returns. Ensure the video/pictures show:

    • The package from all angles, confirming it's unopened.
    • The address slip to verify delivery to you.
    • All products from top and bottom.

Return Criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • It must be in the original packaging.

Return Process:

  • Take pictures or a video of the parcel and product at the opening stage.
  • Send an email to Support@wnkrs.com with:
    • The attached pictures/videos.
    • Subject line: “RETURN REQUEST: ORDER NUMBER xx” (replace xx with your order number).
    • Your reason for return.
    • Confirmation that the product(s) are unused and in original condition.
  • We will review your request and provide further instructions.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Underwear/swimsuits (for hygiene reasons).
  • Gift cards.
  • Health and personal care items.

Partial Refunds:

  • Item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

Refunds:

  • After inspection, we'll confirm receipt and notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a specified period.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • Refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days.
  • If you haven't received it, check with your bank and credit card company, then contact us at Support@wnkrs.com.

Sale Items:

  • Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Restocking Fee:

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to customer-ordered errors or customer-initiated returns.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning items.
  • Shipping time for exchanged products may vary based on location.

Exchanges:

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
